Each client has different needs and I strive to help each client work toward total preparedness in all phases of competition - there is no secret formula except being 150% prepared." - Liz Preston

Each 1 to 1 session focuses on Interview Questions and Techniques (including on-stage question/impromptu speaking), Walking (Modeling) & Posture and Talent Presentation & Stage Presence. In addition to the areas of competition time will also be spent on wardrobe selection and hair and make-up techniques. Sessions are billed at $60 per hour and typically run an hour and a half, unless more time is requested.

Phone Consulting for interview and speech techniques require full payment (for one-hour) in addition to a completed client information form that we will e-mail, mail or fax for you to fill out and return prior to your first session. Once payment has cleared and we have recieved all relevant paperwork you will be contacted for an appointment.

Total Package is for clients that are out of state, or unable to meet privately. You can e-mail or mail photos of your competition wardrobe, video/audio of your talent, paperwork and any other relevant documents for us to review. Upon receipt of payment and all information we will assess whether or not you are creating a "total image" - are your wardrobe and color choices flattering to your body and skin tone? Is your talent presentation reflective of your personality and interesting to watch? Is your hair and make-up flattering and complimentary to your face shape and skin tone? Is your paperwork impeccable and readable?  This service requires payment for 2 hours in addition to Client Information Sheet and Release Form, which will be e-mailed, mailed or faxed.                                                                                      **This service can also be used in combination with our Phone Consulting, as it is a great way for Liz to get an accurate picture of  what your "pageant persona" is prior to your first call.**
